please see below and tell me what it means

Stress and rest images both demonstrate a new large territory in the
inferior wall with a fixed defect on rest and stress images. There is
normal wall thickening on gated images in the inferior wall. There is
no evidence for stress induced ischemia

Myocardial perfusion imaging tests for 2 main things: ischemia and infarct.

If you have ischemia, it means there is poor blood flow to the heart at stress but not at rest. When you have this, your doctor may decide to intervene by dilating and/or stenting your coronary arteries. Your report says you do not have this.

If you have infarct, it means there is poor blood flow to heart during both rest and stress, probably due to old myocardial infarction (heart attack) resulting in scarred/damaged tissue. Your rep0rt says you have this.
