please help-can't tolerate hot weather

Hi
I've had two years ago  bypass surgery. I got prescribed medications  and I take my medications regularly also I  take my exercise every day
However,  since last month I can not tolerate high temperatures, feel as like my sinuses closed completely, and I do not have enough air to breath also I have a feeling of vomiting and pain in stomach-simply can not tolerate high temperatures.Yesterday I had all day back pain more accurately right under the shoulder blade.

several times I told my cardiologist and general practitioner about my problem but they thought it was some kind of asthma

Did anyone of you had similar experiences ?Please advice

I read a thread some time ago, and if I remember correctly the underlying cause had neurological implications.

I sweat so bad in the summer.  I hate it.  I know it is one of my meds, but who knows which one.  As for the back pain, I have a back ache between my shoulder blades from time to time that is heart related.  It's a nagging ache that bothers me so bad, and happens when I am also short winded and tired.  Sometimes I would explain it to be a pins and needles sensation, and then other times it is the aching.  I know with the extremely high temps (last summer we had a terrible heat wave) it feels as though the heat takes my breath away, but it is just the extreme heat and nothing else. Take cae, Ally
