Hello and welcome to MedHelp and our forums.  This is an excellent question to ask your doctor.  I would not add anything to your current regime if you have not received approval from your doctor.  And please remember, that if you see multiple doctors, you should let them know all medications you take including anything over the counter such as aspirin.  Here is information regarding diclofenac gel.  https://www.drugs.com/voltaren-gel.html.  Diclofenac is voltaren and the gel contains the Nsaid. This information states clearly that aspirin should not be used at the same time. Normally, blood thinners are also not used with Nsaids.  So, speak with your doctor, of course, but would advise not to use these together based on the provided information.
