what the outcome

I have mild left ventricular hypertrophy and grade 1 diastolic dysfunction I am type 1diabetic high blood pressure and have had a stroke

Both the mild left ventricular hypertrophy and grade 1 diastolic dysfunction are probably the result of the high blood pressure.
Is your blood pressure (with the use of bp lowering medication) in the normal range?
If so, both can remain stable for a long time.
If not, try to get the bp lower to avoid worsening of your situation.
