Here you go. It's a little slow at times, but it gets very busy at times.

Your hospital should have referred you to a rehab co-ordinator who would have invited you to the class. The class consists of excercise and education of you condition, how to come to terms with it and living a near normal life.
If you have not been referred you should go to your GP who can organise for you. Did you not get booklets on hospital discharge with local support groups contact details. ?
What work did you have done ?
There's nowhere I'm aware of. You could phone the British heart foundation, you can usually get to speak to a nurse. I did this and had a long and helpful talk. I know it's not exactly what you asked about, mAybe will help though.
Ah, I see you are in the UK. Go to your GP and tell them you need to attend cardiac rehab, more specifically, the education classes there. You will make lots of friends with heart problems and be taught a great deal about the heart. It helps you accept things.
Failing that. I could always correspond with you via email if you like.
What work did you have done? was it a stent?
