60 outa breath racing heart

I'm 60 years old with family history of heart attacks dad  I get out a breath with little work or excercise yard work am I at risk heart attack?

Family history and age already put you at a increased risk. Shortness of breath would be a very good reason to go get a stress test. Hope this helps and good luck.
