AV Block 2nd degree Type 1 come up on 24h Holter

Recently I had a check up (last was three years ago) of my heart as I am anxious, have panic attacks, and it is kinda helps me to relax to know that my heart is healthy. Echo came ok, stress test showed 1 couplet PAC during the recovery period, on the Holter they found 18 PACs and 3 pauses at 6AM when I was sleeping with the longest 2400ms. Of course I felt nothing, as I was sleeping. This is the first time I got it detected as I have done the checks once in a three year periods. Should I be worried? Are those pauses dangerous?

So do you have av block or just the appearance but it is really pacs?  If you did have av block they state that type 1 isn't of concern unless you are showing symptoms.  This said, they recommend that you do not take medicines that affect the av node like bp meds can.  Do you take bp or anxiety meds?   You may want to ask if they are possibly the cause of an av block if you actually have one.  Even less concerning would be if you simply had pacs.  They are considered normal and fairly common.  Regardless of how common they are they are not a threat to your heart health.  So try to not worry and just focus on getting on top of your anxiety because the anxiety itself could put stress on your heart in the long term.  Maybe consider yoga or some sort of meditation practice to help you work on your fear and anxiousness.  It's a tough nut to crack but you can get on top of it.  Best of luck and try to not worry.  I would suspect if your doctor had any concerns they would have let you know.  Take care.
