Can anyone tell me if you  are in constant Atrial Fib after complete AV NODE Ablation.
And If so do you feel the atrial fib (as much) as before the Total AV NODE Ablation.

I too have had AV ablation. I am currently on Atenelol 50mg 3x aday. I still have Afib and palpitations daily.....lots daily. It causes me to have anxiety more than anything. And very tired all of the time. I just got a new Cardiologist and we are going to try some new meds to see if they help. I have had my pacemaker for 8 1/2 years now. I had a regenerator 2 yrs ago. I kinda stinks to have to live like this sometimes, but I am grateful to be alive. I hope they figure out something to help you. I know it is not a comfortable feeling to have these problems.

I know this is much delayed response to your original post but wanted you to know that I had a AV Node Catheter Ablation about 4 months ago (Dec 2008) and I was constantly at about 100-110 heartrate at rest AND my blood pressure skyrocketed to 160/110 avg.  The doctor put me on Verapamil for combo lower heartrate and decrease bloodpressure.  Seemed to work ok except extreme fatigue and depression.

I have tried CoQ10.  Get with cardiologist about this supplement.  I am just on this now about 600mg daily and it has really helped both heartrate and bp.  Sometimes persons having skips, svts, palpations could be caused by the decrease in this heart enzyme.
