Ablation or NO Ablation ? Please HELP !!:((

Benign Frequent PVCs from the right Ventricle ( as it seen on my  ECG  )  I have had then since I was a teenager 16 , now  I'm 22 !  I get 12 000 - 14 000 a day without medication .  with Rythmol 150mb up to 4000 - 6000 .

MRI , Echos , countless ECGs , Stress Test ,blood tests , Hormones checked  All normal ,  Docs Saying healthy young heart with frequent Idiopathic  Ectopic beats .
They ruined my life , make me miserable  , now suffer from Anxiety and panic attacks every week . still CAN'T Understand why  I get them and no one can answer that question :((

No they offer me an ablation , and I said YES a month ago but  I am NOT so sure about that after what my doc said about Risk Factors .
50 - 55 % success rate for my PVCs ablation  ?  Puncture of the heart ?  ablation causing a new type more serious arrhythmia (  SVT )  ?  blood clots  ?  stroke  ? and many more risks  ?
I ran out of my docs room because they never mentioned things like that before , they scared the hell out of me  ? :(
I do not want cause any damage to my heart , I don't want to F... up my heart's electrical system even more , or ending up with a hole in my heart or something like that .... but at the same time I don't know how can I live with my PVCs :(( will they ever go away ? if I don't go for an ablation now  ?

Guys I trust you so much , Please help now  ? I have two three days to decide  ? PLEASE HELP ?

He says : 50 - 55 %

I agree.  You have to want it.  You are dwelling on the remote possibilities.  Yes, these things can happen.  But the chances are extremely unlikely to occur.  The only thing I see on your list of possibilities is the success rate for your type of arrhythmia.  Some day, you will have had enough, and you'll do something about it.  You'll want it to happen.  I couldn't wait to get mine done.  Afterwards, you'll look back on the experience and wonder how you could have waited so long to get this done.  You'll see.....

I am thinking you can always reschedule.  I would not make the decision to go ahead feeling the way you feel now.  I have made the decision to have an ablation for afib, which is, as I understand it more difficult that for PVC's.  I have researched it and will go to the Cleveland Clinic where they state a 60% success rate, 90% after 2nd ablation if necessary.  Usually people are better off even if the afib is not completely gone.  There rate of complications is 1% and they haven't lost anyone.  My afib is at a point -- after 10 years where this sounds preferable to the meds and their side effects.  Only you can make this decision based on how your quality of life is affected.  They have to tell you everything that ever happened to anyone.  Find a doctor you trust, get a 2nd or even a 3rd opinion.  Are you near a large teaching hospital?  Good luck with this -- keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.
