All I wish for Christmas...

...that all our hearts beat calmly and without skips! Wishing you all a nice break (hope you have one!) and a very happy and healthy 2009.

I'm so grateful to have found this site this year, it has already helped immensely, just to know I'm not alone, that there are others out there who understand. And I have learned so much already, from reading your posts. THANK YOU all.

By the way: I have been trying Fish Oil for the last 2 months and do notice a difference! Not as many or strong ectopics and generally just feel almost normal. An almost strange feeling, but great. So shyly optimistic at the moment. Not cured, but better.

I am also delighted to have found this site.  A nice place where other folks understand the problem and have been there before, so can offer some experiential guidance.

I started taking the fish oil too after communicating here.  I haven't noticed a difference but if it MIGHT help, count me in.  I can hardly dare to think that 2009 won't be MUCH improved over 2008.  It will be good to have this one behind me.

Blessings to all in 2009.  God bless us all., each and every one.

To my Forum Family...

Happy Holiday to you all! May 2009 bless each and everyone of you with good health , happiness and the strength to handle whatever life may bring!

I don't know what I would have done without all of you here. You have all been a source of inspiration and strength for me especially during my families recent tragic event. A special "Thanks" from the bottom of my heart, for getting me through that!

I, too, want to wish a very Merry Christmas to everyone here. This forum has been a big help, especially when I get wild and afraid during an occasional "flutter"

I take the fish oil liquid, and I think it helps some, and also the CoQ10. I am grateful they are not worse.

Thanks, everyone for your help and support. God bless and have a wonderful New Year too.

Hugs
Susie

Merry Christmas to you, and I can say I too am trying fish oil, I've been on it for only 50 days, one 100 capsule bottle.  The recommended dose is three per day, but as my numbers show I've been taking only two.  I don't know if it has helped, but I can say I've reduced my dose of Metoprolol from 100 mg to 50 mg per day, and my HR is holding about the same, faster than I'd like, but acceptable.

I may up my dose to the full three capsules a day on the fish oil...seems it will not do any harm.

Thanks for positive post, it helps all of us to see happy posts.

a lovely wish and like you I am just so grateful to have found this site. I've only been here since August but it has helped me so much and when times get bad i now know that I can post and people who understand and more importantly care will be there for me.
Glad the fish oil is working for you and I've also found that Co Q10 is amazingly helpful and as it also boosts energy you get a double benefit.
a happy and healthy 2009 to you too.
