Anyone with a similar history?

I have about 40,000 PVC's per day - every other heartbeat is affected.  I've had two unsuccessful ablations and my recent stress test showed no abnormalities. I'm due to see my doctor again in a year and he said we might want to look into another kind of abalation where they work from the outside of the heart.

My brother has something similar, he has bigeminy all day every day. His heart will beat once and than a premature beat and beat once and then another premature beat. Its been like this for years and hes seen doctors and they all blow it off like it's normal.

Unsorted listing of VT ablation centers involved in clinical trials.  The minimum requirement is that they do more than 25 VT ablation procedures per year.  Some do way more than that.

The listing exceeded the restricted 8000 characters here so you have to use the link below to get it.

Loliss - sorry to hear that you have such a heavy burden of PVC's.  I was reviewing options after my father in law suffered his second heart attack and having episodes of scar related VT.  What I found was that there was a general lack of VT ablation experience overall but that there are a handful of centers with a concentration of VT ablationists.  Even in the centers that do a good volume of AF ablations, the EP's typically only do 3-4 VT ablations per year.   When it comes to EPICARDIAL VT ablations, the concentration of skills are even more stark so you have to be very picky when choosing someone to do epicardial VT ablations.  In scar related VT, many scars extend to the exterior of the heart wall and epicardial ablation is required in something like 20% of cases.  In some genetic VT/PVC cases such as ARVD and Brugada, epicardial ablations has to be done for successful cure.  The problem is finding the centers that have a lot of epicardial procedures under their belts.  I put together a first pass screening list of centers that do a lot of VT ablations.  They don't necessarily do a lot of epicardial ablations - you have to call and interview them.  I will cut and paste the list in my post below.  Best wishes to you for getting this resolved.

Ablations for PVCs can be difficult.  I have heard of a few who have had issues correcting theirs though I have no experience myself.  I have also heard of doctors trying to ablate the outside of the heart but have no information on the statistics for such an approach.  The best I can do is send my hopes and prayers that you can get this sorted out.  Good to hear that your heart has not been affected adversely by the high load of pvc's.  But I can imagine that many make you feel poorly.  Sending you my bests that you get free from them one day.
