Are brief run of ectopic beats more likely to be NSVT or a run of PACs ?

Are brief run of ectopic beats more likely to be NSVT or a run of PACs?
Im talking about run that last 3 to 8 seconds without any normal beat in between, feels like heart Rolling over, and thumping back to back, the rythme is weak when i take my pulse, sometimes it is fast and regular, sometimes fast and chaotic. It starts abruptly and stops abruptly.
To sum it up it feels like a PVC/PAC  but that last longer before returning to normal ryhtm.
It doesnt happen often but enough to scare the sh*t out of me.
I had all the test done and cardiologist said not to worry.

Without them being caught on a monitor no one can say for sure but odds are it is a run of pacs.  It if starts to happen more often or last longer then try to get an event monitor to catch what is going on.  But the sort lived duration of the episodes likely means there isn't much to be done.  Just watch ectopic beat triggers like caffeine, sugars and carbohydrates and anything that might upset the stomach.  Stay well hydrated and work on stress and anxiety.  If we maintain a heart healthy lifestyle the premature beats are of no consequence.  Take care.
