Are the HRV app results indicative of any health issues?

I am 61, and am using an HRV app. My average SDNN is around 46, which is good. But my MxDMn (which represents the Parasymathetic System activity) is always around 0.1, which is too low.

Also the HF values are usually below 800, with Total power around 1200. What does that indicate? Am I at a serious health risk?

Good news is, None of this means anything. Heart Rate Variability is indeed an indicator of chronotropic competence which can indicate how your hearts electrical system is aging. But no, an app is not diagnostic nor accurate enough to make such a determination.
