Arrythmia with heart beats in normal range??

I did a 2 week holter and echocardiogram 2 1/2 weeks ago and see the cardiologist Monday.  I also monitored my heart rate with a portable pulse ox. My heart rate was in range, and fluctuated normally with activity, but only add high as 114, but couple times,  I noticed it drop to 61 then 58 while standing.  I'm hoping it was the monitor trying to catch up,  as in as error, but I don't know.  My heart rate seems low for me, in the mornings 70 high 60's. I just don't feel energetic though and I'm 45 and perfect blood pressure. Can you have an arythmia with a heart rate in range?

You can definitely have arrhythmia with a normal heart rate ex. two common arrhythmia that can be within normal range are atrial fibrillation with slow ventricular response and sinus arrhythmia.
Heart rate of around 60 is normal and healthy. Generally most people don't become symptomatic until their heart rate drops below 40.
High heart rate particularly while at rest usually indicates poor health as the heart has to work harder.
What you want is a heart rate around 60 at baseline that is regular rhythm and can appropriately increase when stimulated like during exercise.
Holter would have recorded your arrhythmia if you had any event during the two weeks.

No arrythmia was discovered. Normal rythym.
