Back with vengeance...

Hi, everyone. I'm back. So, after about two years of thinking I figured this out, with only mild episodes of my palps, they are back with a vengeance. I can handle the PVCs and PACs well, however, I cannot handle this. Everytime I sit down and try to relax, my heart feels weak, skips and I get a bit breathless. I know I've had this before, but never this often. I have been through a ton of stress but that isn't going away anytime soon. I feel like I'm going to die half the time. Sometimes it happens when I'm driving, then full blown panic attack. I have tried to figure out what has changed, but the only thing that is different is that I am not tanning. I do it for vitamin D, because I can't tolerate supplements. Please no bashing for tanning. I am an oncology nurse. I understand the risks, but the benefits to me were always worth it. Anyway, still taking mag, not drinking caffeine or eating chocolate. Nothing as changed but stress....and I turn 61 today. ugh. I HATE this feeling. I cannot relax and watch a movie.

(Fellow PVC sufferer - NOT a medical professional) Do you workout? (treadmill works good). Do you meditate?  Have you examined your diet?  If this was stress induced, taking daily Potassium, Magnesium and CoQ10 might help a lot.  Helps me.

I don't work out. I have three jobs and am under a lot of stress that I can't get out of...I take supplements but not CoQ10. I have been great for a while. This just feels different than it has the rest of my life. I'm miserable. lol
Three jobs and stress? That'll do it right there,  RBRita if it feels different that could be  a lot of things that aren't dangerous (including stomach issues).  Get checked out with a doctor - explain everything.  I know its scary but the greater odds are that you're having PVC induced panic attacks due to stress.  Thats not dangerous but you do need to learn breathing techniques to bring things down to a less alarming sensation.
