Can caffeine actually help?

I know this is going to sound totally crazy, but I've been keeping a record of everything I eat and the amount of PVCs I have..

My PVCs come and go for long periods, for example I have 3 months without a single PVC and then they come back and keep firing for 1-2 months, then disappear again and so on.

Since the day I started this "study", I could only find two things:

1-  If I have a bad day, PVCs get A LOT worse after meals, and even worse if I eat junk food  (which is rare).

2-  Everytime I start drinking caffeine again, after long periods of abstinence,  PVCs go away after a few days. It happened 3 times in a year.

I'm 99.9% sure that caffeine didn't make be better, but you never know...
And one thing I can say for sure: in my case, caffeine doesn't make any effect on the frequency of PVCs..

Any views on this?

Yes, caffeine can (like nicotine) in some people have a calming as well as mood-elevating effect. That can decrease ectopics.

Also, if the PVCs are caused by a slow heart rate, caffeine may increase heart rate and eliminate PVCs.

In my experience, excess calcium may increase ectopics. Junk food can contain a lot of calcium and sodium, as well as cause fluctuations in blood sugar.

Premature beats seem to be linked to the stomach very strongly. It's interesting considering 99% of doctors will flat out tell you there's no connection.

I just said in another post that everyone's triggers are different. You may just be lucky enough to be fine with caffeine.

From what I believe causes PVCs, it definitely makes sense that they're worse with junk food though.
