Can someone view my tachycardia ecg and tell me the name of the condition?

My 30yo female best friend has been having episodes of tachycardia, where her heart rate goes up to 170bpm, immediately down to 70, back up to 170 etc. Accompanied by chest pain. The elevations continued, with the max slowly going down. (E.g. up to 170, down to 70, up to 169, down to 70, up to 150, down to 50.) After 2 hours the max was 120.
What is the name of this pattern?
We took an ecg during the episode, but I do not know how to read it, can someone take a look?
