Can you hear a PAC?

I've read that you supposedly can't hear a pac through a stethoscope . I'm having a new strange palpitation . It feels NOTHING like a PVC . It's like a tiny little tickle, some I don't even think I feel but I deserved it checking my pulse one night. There was no pause but the best itself felt a odd against my finger? Like something about it was different but the rest felt normal? If that makes any sense. Anyways I caught the feeling while listening to my heart and low and behold I didn't hear and change . Sounded like a normal beat. Wondering if this new palpitation of mine is a PAC! It doesn't scare me they actually feel way less scary than a PVC.

Not sure.  I can't feel the double beat of a premature beat but I can hear it on a stethoscope.   Both pacs and pvcs are simply an extra beat so I would suspect both would sound like a fast beat, beat, pause but I can't say for sure.

I can feel the difference between PVC's and PAC's.  The latter is more subtle, and the pause interval is much briefer that a PVC.  For me, a PVC is a definite beat, bee-THUMP!.....pause.... beat, beat, beat...
