Results of the Halter monitor

Halter monitor results - rare isolated atrial arrhythmia with a single couplet, low frequency isolated ventriuclar ectopy what does this mean?

Yes, it means you have a few PACs and a few PVCs. Isolated means "one", so that means single PACs and single PVCs. PACs and PVCs can be experienced as palpitations, but you can rest assured that we all have them - some people more, some people less. Unless you have symptoms or they are extremely frequent (which they are not in your case), I think you can consider yourself normal :-)

Of course, you should get a formal evaluation by your doctor. I'm not sure how this works in your case but in my country, all Holters are interpreted by a cardiologist and he provides a recommendation after the test.

It can't be that you should interpret the results yourself (or through a forum)..

To this layman, the term "rare" means less than occasional, perhaps only several events total diring the monitoring period.  It sounds like you had some kind of arrhythmia originating in the atria, as well as perhaps a few (low fequency) PVC's.  Of course my post is no excuse to not see your doctor!
