ECG Question about Borderline test that also showed Bradycardia

My son had an EKG (age 20) that shows Sinus Bradycardia/Borderline ECG.  The Dr. told my son it was fine.  Bad hearts run in my family.  I had a heart attack at age 47.  The P-R-T axes is 42/90/64.  Can anyone explain that for me?  Heart rate is 58.  PR interval is 170ms.  QRS duration is 102 ms.  QT/QTc is 409/406.
