ECG interpretation

Vent rate 90bmp
QRS Duration 90ms
QT/QRc 380/467ms
PR interval 136ms
P duration 110ms
RR interval 659ms
P-R-T axes 65-48-73

Normal sinus rhythm
Prolonged QT
Abnormal ECG

heart palpatations, heart pain lasting up to 40 minutes, heart rate spiking to 150 sometimes
previous heart problems had open heart surgery but was discharged in 2012 so a little worried about anything abnormal.

any help would be greatly appreciated :)

heartone1, sounds like you are dealing with a few issues but we are not really qualified to interpret tests results including EKGs.  Have you have a discussion with your cardiologist about these findings yet?
