You are in great shape but I'd go to the Cook Islands if I were you. They are much closer ...see if the PVC's don't relax a bit when you are there and dizzy spells may be helped by floating in the ocean looking at the clouds.

Derived EF 70% is very good, you should be proud!  It's one of the more important prognostic indicators and you are in great shape.

When it comes to medical tests, bad news travels fast.  Normal findings very slow, as you've found out...

Good news - the cardio was right.  :)

Every heart is a little different, and the parameters the doctors have to work with for each measure are more a guideline than stone carving.  So they evaluate each heart and determine how it looks.  The left side of the heart has the tougher job of the two halves, as it has to pump blood through the whole body.  The right side just pumps blood to the lungs, and c'mon, the lungs are right there next to it.  Pretty easy job.

So from what I've read it's far more common to see variations from "normal" in the left ventricle and atrium - but it doesn't mean your heart isn't normal and fine.

At the end of the day, you may just be suffering from stress monkey disease, like me.  Fortunately, a two week vacation on Maui is the only known effective treatment.  :)
