Ask your doctor for a full 12 lead EKG. Use the portable monitor only if you have symptoms and show the recordings to your doctor.
Other than that your monitor has miscalculated your QTc interval (it's supposed to be 450 msec) it looks pretty normal to me, but I'm not a doctor and this is only an 1 lead EKG which cannot be used for anything else than registering the heart rhythm and rate.
I can't diagnose your data, but the HR in the 90s isn't anything to be alarmed with and the rate looks regular - I think I see a "P-wave" too so that suggests the Atrium is pumping (again not even a novice at reading EKG - just a heart patient with atrial fibrillation - suppressed to no P-wave).
Difficulty breathing doesn't point to a heart problem in my mind, lightheartedness or shortness of breath (is that what you mean) could indicate blood oxygen transport shortage. That may not be apparent by an EKG which is mainly (only?) a measure of how the "electrical" system is working - no indication of heart/lung working other than as may be suggested by the HR.
If you condition continues and has not been diagnosed, you should get a general check-up by a primary care doctor, in which an EKG would be supplemental, not only, test.
