Do I need to live forever with PVc’s and Pac’s?

I’m 40 y/o women and I’m almost crazy with this situation.  For 8 years I’m looking what’s going on with my heart. I feel like someone put the hand on my mouth so I can’t breath and after my heart runs like crazy for a few seconds. Dr’s says what I feel are pvc and pac and that I don’t need to worry about it. But I’m the one who’s suffering with this hell. My life is not 1/4 of what it was before this. I’m always thinking that I’m gonna die in one episode of this. Please I need help. I need to know if there’s something I can do to stop this

I'm sorry about the PVC's and PAC's. I also get them and have had them for about 32 years. It's no fun, for sure! I've been going through a bad bout of them the last 3 weeks, going to the doctor tomorrow. Every time I go, they tell me I'm ok, but I have a bicuspid aortic valve and mitral valve prolapse so it scares me.

I just started taking coenzyme Q10 the other day along with B12 because I sometimes get low in B12. I also started taking magnesium citrate today. I'm hoping it will help.

Another thing that gets these stupid beats is stress and anxiety, which I have been having a lot of lately due to an upcoming long distance plane trip.

Best thing to do it to go see a a different cardiologist, get an ekg, echocardiogram, stress test and blood tests to make sure you aren't deficient in some of the important things like magnesium, potassium, etc.  If you get the all clear, them try not to worry about them, or ask about having an ablation. I have read so many stories of people who have had huge success with ablations. I'm going to ask my doctor tomorrow about having it done because I'm totally fed up dealing with this.

Take care and let me know how you make out :)
