I hear tic tac when I open my mouth
hello, so here I noticed that when I inhale and hold my breath, I hear a ticking noise coming out of my mouth, it's a noise that others around me can hear, this phenomenon it also causes when I yawn or even when my heart beats faster. I'm 15 and I have no particular medical history, I'm thin and I'm not really athletic, but I don't think it's related to sports. Anyone have the same thing? Does anyone know what it is? I managed to capture the noise in a recording if needed
