Findings: The base rhythm is sinus, rate 46-95 bpm. There was one symptom event, "tired", associated with a single PVC. There were 2844 unifocal PVCs and 14 couplet over 48 hours. There were 636 PACs, 33 SV couplets, 16 SVE runs and one 13-beat run of SVT at 165 bpm.
Can I get an interpretation? Am I in serious trouble?

Seems as though you have run of the mill ectopic activity both pvcs and pacs.  The runs you had were atrial or pac runs which is less concerning than pvc runs.  The important thing to do now considering your age is to get your heart fully evaluated.  Odds are this isn't anything to be concerning about in an otherwise healthy heart but it is based on heart health not just the symptoms.  There are people who have many more of these beats and their hearts are completely healthy but considering you are a bit older it may be wise to get a full workup of your heart to be sure.  So I am with Jerry.  Your doctors have the best knowledge on whether or not these are of concern for you.  Take care but try to not worry.  Nothing in what you have in your results indicates anything that is a huge health risk.  It is just a matter of ruling out cardiac health issues at this point.  Take care.

Trust your doctor, not what you read here... you had a medical test I assume, not an ad hoc experiment with equipment you got your hands on.

That noted, the numbers look good to me.
