Heart Rhythm and Post SVT Ablation

I’m a 35 y/o male. I was diagnosed with SVT and had my ablation on Tuesday 9/17. My dr said he was 90% sure he got it all. My first week I was symptom free and it was fantastic. BUT this past Sunday I started getting episodes again along with palpitations. Sun- Wed I have had about 4-6 episodes per day. It’s depressing because I had that week of symptom free. Dr said it’s normal and it’ll get better. Hang tight.
I was just wondering yalls experience on this.

I had an ablation 2 years ago and had the same problem, within a week I was having episodes again. It took about 6 months for me to finally stop feeling like I was having episodes / checking my HR every 5 seconds. Your doctor is right, just try to hang tight. I know it isn't easy.

Anything help with it?
As far as the episodes not really. I had specific triggers like bending over or squatting that triggered mine. The way I have stopped them for me personally is lying flat or squatting again - both usually triggered a PVC which stopped the episode. They definitely were not as frequent as they were before the ablation though, but they were still happening periodically. It's hard but you just have to try and not think about it / avoid checking your heart rate all the time if you do. I hope it gets better!

I had short runs of SVT, a half dozen to a dozen beats which self terminated for about 2 years following mine.  I don't know how this compares to you.  The thing to remember is that the pathway remains and only a tiny barrier is keeping it from conducting.  Give this plenty of time before calling it a failure.
