What can be the cause of my bounding pulse?

I am a 24-year-old female and I've had a bounding pulse for more than a week now. My heart is pounding so hard that I can't sleep. I feel it mostly in my neck and stomach. A very powerful pulse; quite an odd sensation. Sometimes it also goes very fast all of a sudden. I also have a heart rythm disorder that was diagnosed previously. Either AVNRT or RVOT VT. I had an ecg done and they only said it was sinustachycardia, but then I noticed on the ecg that my PR-interval was very short. Does anyone know what might be going on?
