Heart moving body and possibly also having a temporary balance disorder?

I’m. 17 year old male that does not drink or smoke. I eat healthy most of the time and get good sleep however I do not excerise often. Recently my body felt like it was tilting and I think that it could possibly be vertigo. I also noticed that when lay down my body felt like it had a small earthquake with every heartbeat. About 2 months ago I went to the hospital for chest pain and took 2 EKGs and one ultrasound. I had an anxiety disorder and depression. This mini earthquakes have really been bothering me. Should this be something concerning?

If you lose consciousness it’s concerning. Otherwise the best test is a Holter Monitor.
