Heart palpations when standing up and shortness of breath ?

I do have anxiety , and this isn't the first time i've had heart palpations but i want to ask if it's normal ? I' get really worried about my health and i don't want to over think it . I also have asthma but my shortness of breath only started when my heart palpations started . Should i be worried ? My heart palpations only happen when i stand up . They don't hurt or anything . I do feel palpations on my throat more than my chest? Is it normal ? I'm 17 by the way . My mom told me it's normal but me having anxiety thinks other wise .
