Heart rythym disorder or something else?

I have shortness of breath or breathlessness nearly all day, except when sleeping,  fatigue too. I've had multiple EKG and a CT and a CARDIAC CTA, all normal,  0 calcium score.  I'm due for a echocardiogram, but the doctor didn't seem like it was necessary. A holter monitor is scheduled too, but the cardiologist is out right now.  My blood pressure is mid 90's over 60's. What other symptoms did you have with your arythmia? I have anxiety due to the worry and constantly checking my pulse. I do occasionally have strong palpitations that I've been told were normal, or at least doctors didn't care to investigate.

Heart Rhythm Disorders can occur without signs and symptoms, or can create a wide range of indications. Common symptoms include
1.Weakness
2.Fatigue
3.Low blood pressure
4.Chest pain
5.Swelling in the abdomen
If you have any of these symptoms, consult Cardiologists/Electrophysiologists. I would suggest you to visit Narayana Health, it has well renowned Electrophysiologist

My holter revealed normal heart rythym. My echo was normal but he said I had low blood pressure noted in the artery that carries blood to other parts of my body snuff told me to increase fluid and salt. My cardiologist didn't have a name for it and wasn't concerned.  He said Rio follow up in 6 months.

Hi, get an Echocardiogram. I had all those other tests too, but didn't get diagnosed until I had the test above.

If your doc don't want to give it to you, find another one who will. I had two actually, the first Cardio doc didn't explain it to me and said all is okay. All the while still having those heart issues, the second Doc while giving me the Echo test, revealed to me the reason why I was having palpitations, arrhythmias, and tachycardias.

Be sure the Cardiologist explains the results he's looking at on a paper from the test during you follow up appt. Sometimes they don't. As his patient, get a copy of it and keep for future reference. If nothing wrong with your heart after the test, you could be deficient in Magnesium and B12. Also, test your Thryoid levels, if it's off, can also cause you to have palpitations as a symptom.
