Holter Monitor Result Interpretation

I had a holter monitor test done (24 hrs) about a month ago. It came back normal, but I didn't get much of an explanation about the different terms associated with the test results. Below, in all caps, are my test results. I would love to know what things like "SVE" and "VE" mean, as well as "RARE SINUS ARRHYTHMIA". Also, is there a difference between a junctional escape beat and an SVE or VE?

DIARY ENTRIES OF "POUNDING JAW PAIN, CHEST PAIN AND BURNING, LIGHTHEADEDNESS
AND PALPITATIONS" DOES NOT CORRELATE TO ANY SIGNIFICANT FINDINGS.
SINUS RHYTHM WITH AN AVERAGE HEART RATE OF 69 BPM.
245 RUNS OF SINUS BRADYCARDIA OCCURRING DURING NOCTURNAL HOURS WITH A LOW
HEART RATE OF 35 BPM AT 02:20 ON DAY TWO.
72 RUNS OF SINUS TACHYCARDIA WITH A MAX HEART RATE OF 152 BPM AT 18:13 ON DAY
ONE.
THREE VE SINGLES (<1%).
ONE SVE SINGLE.
RARE SINUS ARRHYTHMIA  OCCURRING DURING NOCTURNAL HOURS.
ONE JUNCTIONAL ESCAPE BEAT NOTED AT 19:07 ON DAY ONE.

An SVE is a Supraventriculsr ectopic. It may be a PAC, PJC, Atrial or Junctional escape. Normal individuals experience these. It is not abnormal to have as mamy as 250 in a 24 hour period. I'm not sure what the average is, but I would venture to guess maybe 10- 30 per day?

A VE is a PVC or ventricular ectopic. These are also normal and it is not abnormal to experience these with as many as 5% of your heart beats. I'd guess again, the average person probably experiences 10 per day.

In either case both are remarkably low for you.

Heart rates during sleep, assuming an average rate of 60 BPM would be anywhere from 30-50 BPM.

Target Age predicted Max Heart rate in Sinus Tachycardia is (220- your age) * .90 during exercise. They should occur at appropirate times (while anxious or exercising).

It is also not abnormal for an individual to be in 'Sinus Arrhythmia' their entire lives. Some advocate the removal of the word from Medical Vocabulary entirely.

In other words if you are UNDER the age of 45, a heart rate of 158 is not only normal...rather it is healthy.
Thank you for the response! Yes I am 23 years old and I experienced the 152 BPM while carrying very heavy boxes up three flights of stairs.

I got the holter test due to having some palpitations recently. I actually fainted back in October when I felt my heart almost "slow down", but it happened after getting up to use the rest room, so I think it was just a case of getting up too quickly.

I just needed some reassurance that everything was okay with my heart.
