Holter Monitor Results, supraventriculars, pvcs

Hey everybody,

I just wanted to post the results for a Holter Monitor test I had done a few months ago. I was having some issues with PVC's and went to the emerg and the doctor said I was fine and sent me on my way, but said I should have a Holter Monitor test to make sure. Between the time I was in emergency and had my test I felt increasingly better and once I had my monitor on I had a relatively good day heart wise. I never got my results back until now and have yet to see a doctor about them because I just recently moved and am in the process of applying for a new health care card. Recently I've been very anxious and my heart symptoms, fluttering in chest, skipped beats, and harder than normal beats have become pretty bad again. So here they are, can anyone give me any input on whats going on here before I see my doc?

89414 QRS complexes
37 ventricular beats (>1%)
7 supraventricular beats (>1%)

37 isolated ventriculars

5 isolated supraventriculars, 1 couplets

7016 beats in tachycardia (workout)
33002 beats in bradycardia (sleeping)

1.79 max R-R

had one instance of sinus bradycardia

minimum heart rate was 37bpms during sleep and max was 182 during working
