internal thump/click in chest and throat

hey all ,
happy new year & health !
i really dont want to bring this in to the new year but its coming with me and as my doctors are looking for a electrical problem /arrhythmia this started at the same time maybe somewhere im praying there is somebody who can relate as i have found posts describing what i have but they are 2009/11 and the person never returned to say what they found it to be or if there ok ect .
i will be sitting /walking basically anything anywhere fine and all a sudden i will not be able to breathe or at least the sensation is there it lasts seconds and its almost like my breaths been sucked right out of me its horrible and disturbing feeling and ruining my life but i have also noticed not only sometimes does my heart speed up with it it will jump/miss beats or my chest will have a tight pulling sensation ?
i have also noticed when i put my hand above my breasts on my chest i can feel two pulses and i can feel my chest been pulled in its also something new andmy partner says he does not have it and my childrens chests dont do it hospital have put down suspected electrical problems and suspected arrythmia but my holter results has now been 4 weeks without any result ! im nervouse scared and feel that what ever it is i will not get answers until its too late ?

the most concerning for me is the pull in sensation no pain just i feel a like pull sensation like tight pull in my chest/throat when my breathing goes funny its like my breathing feels its not there though i must be breathing i hope ! its just like a magnetic pull in my chest/throat so strange

I have similiar symptoms for about 20 years, docs dont seem concerned however when they hit they are scary


Racy feeling in chest, double beats, feeling like I can't breath, no pain, panic feeling.  Several Echo's, stress test,
holter caught 48 PAC's and some SVT also AF for less then 20 beats.  Several Cardios, the latest at UCLA who is rated a best doctor from US news world report.  He doesn't seem concerned put me on 12.5 atenolol.  I take an aspirin a day, advicor and benicar.  Been dealing with is for about 15 or so years.  t seem like I have fairly good days then wham severe symptoms.....just looking for advice, thanks
