Holter monitor questions and can I keep my CDL?

Had a 24 hour monitor for tachycardia got diagnosed with palpitations and pvc's  icd code i49.3

I am 38 with low blood pressure, severe asthma and short and stocky  I also have RA.

Results were
Avg beat 97 highest 167 lowest 61
Longest r r interval 1.21 seconds
Predominant sinus rythum
13,889 PVC's noted 10 % of beats
Occasional bigeminy  
No sustained ventricular arrhythmias
14 were PAC's

Ventricular 13887 isolated
1641 hormonal cycles
0 couplets
0 runs
14 supraventriculars

There were also some ve  quadrigeminy and some ve  trieminy. But not much of those.

Please interpret what could be going on, do I have a heart disorder  or disease that is serious? Also I have a CDL and drive a school bus am I going to pass the medical card test like this, or should I plan on finding another job?
