Holter test results

Please help interpret my 9 yr olds holter results. Total of 158241 bpm. A g rate of 110bpm. Min bpm 70 max bpm 158. O min  120 bpm.

CH1-ST - levels avg +.05mm with a max of +1.7mm and the min of -1.2mm. Total minutes in excess of 1mm from the avg was 42 representing 3% of time monitored. The longest duration in excess of 1mm from avg was 9 minutes with the onset at 6:59am.

There was 2 other descriptions after that within the same 1 hr period.

Her heart rate of 158 bpm was recorded at 3:09pm with slight fever and resting heart rate.

Does anyone understand the above?

When I type... a piece keeps disappearing.. she had 0 min with no bpm under 50 but over 650 minutes over 120 bpm. Which accounted for 45 percent of the 24 hour test.

I am sorry. I just realized I mistyped... it should read 0 mins  120 bpm.  So altho her avg hr was 110bpm... she had 45.9% of the 24hrs holter test was higher than 120 bpm.

It sounds like they are noting something called ST elevation.  You can try googling the term ST elevation for more info.

My advise to you is to not look further into it without talking to the cardiologist.  EKG findings need to be interpreted in *light of other information*.

Her fever would cause the elevated heart rate.
