How do i start an excersie plan withiut having a heart attack

When I was 6 years old I was diagnosed with svt and as I got older I was a heavy drug user and never exercised now that I am 42 and no longer on drugs what’s the best way to start excersising without having a heart attack? I wish I would have started sooner but now is better than never right?

Walk, then do mild cycling.. start just by walking, gradually build up to cycling at a max rate 11 MPH.  Don't go hard, it's not worth it.  You never know what might happen and a gentle ride is far more satisfying anyway.  Never do any intense exercise for more than 1 hour a week.
