I might have brugada (its only a type 1 pattern with no factors)

I am 18yr old with no family history or any risk factors of any disease.
So i have horrible anxiety.I ended up getting diagnosed with Anxiety disorder few months ago but before that i had horrible angina like anxiety symptoms which led me to a cardiologist and i did had tests all of em except the invasive ones they all came back normal, but few months ago i was going through my ecgs (all normal) except one
The stress test ecgs
So i will try explaining how it looked like my supine ecg started with this irbbb pattern on v1 only it looked okay but as the test kept going the pattern started having a shape to it.Now at exactly 203bpm is when i reached my peak and i went to recovery 1(163bpm) and this is where the coved type 1 brugada pattern showed up on only v1 again. Its exactly a coved pattern with some minor disturbances on every other beat.I asked this on reddit and one guy just said it looked like brugada pattern but at the same time so many people said certain placement especially during tmts can cause a rsr pattern.I went to so many cardiologists since they say it's okay its normal and ignore me i don't what to do its been months and i am lost.
