It's common the sudden sensation of loose your breath with pvc's

I'm tired to deal with this. More than 8 years ago I arrive to an ER and got hospitalized with a TIA possible diagnosis. Pulse high, skipped hearth beats, can't breath sensation, vomiting, shakings, a total disaster. Telemetry for 9 days, Eco, EKG, nuclear stress test, and at the end the Drs told me that's nothing! Benign murmur MVP as the most Americans have and pvc. That's all. And... See a psychiatrist for anxiety. Really?? I feel like a ballon when you pop it and can't breath for 2-3 seconds that for me is like a life! And that's nothing? Visit 4 different cardio. All of them say the same thing. But I'm really tired of this. I feel ill die in every episode. Can't handle it :(

The "out of breath" sensation is very common with PACs and PVCs. I honestly don't know if this is an anxiety manifestation or if the beat following the ectopic beat is so forceful that it's causing this sensation. Some people feel it, others don't.

The advice to get anxiety treated may sound silly or harsh, but since PVCs do not shorten life, they really aren't a problem to anything else than our mental health. They don't represent any danger to the heart. The key is to learn to live with them and not ruminate about their existense. Easier said than done, of course.

Yes. That's the recommendation :( it's a little
Hard for me to accepted, but in trying to deal with it. There are times that I can handle it but others that I think this issue will drive me crazy. Thanks for your response.
