Just read this in a medhelp article

It has been a while since I have posted, I was reading through a slide show and arrythmias came up.

http://www.medhelp.org/heart-disease/slideshows/18-Heart-Healthy-Foods-You-Arent-Eating/26/13

Walnuts, Omega-3's (keep in mind there are different chains of Omega-3's, ask a pharmacist or doctor for more info on that). Those two slides had a description on how it may help prevent arrythmias. I thought I would like to share. Please look over the slides again starting from the first slide to make sure I did not miss any other foods that deal with arrythmias. Also, it is really good if you read the each description for each slide, although it may not talk about arrythmias in sone, it talks about heart health.

Also lets not forget that although it says prevent arrythmias, we all know that most of us gotten this condition out of no where so it probably doesn't mean what we think it means. We can't just stop our medicine and start eating these foods hoping our conditions would go away, DO NOT STOP YOUR MEDICATION WITHOUT YOUR DOCTOR"S PERMISSION! :)
