NSVT Holter Monitor benign?

Let me start off with saying I do vape and drink alot of caffeine.I had been having random PVC's especially when im tired and drinking alot of caffeine.Was placed on a event monitor about 3 weeks now and notified a 8 beat NSVT was present.Went to the hospital like asked, EKG,monitoring for hours,blood work and blood enzyme all normal.Dr asked caffeine intake and told them as well as i had worked 18 hrs and only on 5 hrs of sleep.Dr referred me back to Cardio but stated they firmly believe this incident is benign and attributed from my caffeine and nicotine intake.Is this something i need to worry about or should I take it as it probabley is benign and need to get my nicotine and caffeine intake drastically cut.
