My guitar's resonant body vibrations cause palpitations

I am a guitar player and the last month month or two when playing my guitars, especially those with highly resonate bodies, I start sweating, coughing sometimes and experiencing heart palpitations. I've had thyroid issues for years but blood test shows levels are normal. I've also had a sporadic palpitation episodes for years but never anything like this. My regular doctor said the erratic heartbeats are pac's - he just doesn't know why they are happening. I've had some people suggest acupuncture. Strangely enough, I had my first session with acupuncture yesterday and one of the zones/channels - the one on my right wrist - when stimulated would cause me to start sweating and feeling similar symptoms as when playing my guitar. I've also been told a possible cause was a stimulated Vagus nerve. I'm just starting my quest to try and determine what is going on but was just curious if anyone had experienced anything like this or had a clue as to what might be happening? I've been playing guitar 40 years and giving it up isn't an acceptable solution at this point.

I haven't taken them myself but a low dose is fairly benign and they help some people clear up ectopic (extra) beats.  I still suggest pushing to see a cardiologist if the sweating continues.

Thank you!  This morning he decided to start me on a low dosage of beta blockers. Do you have an opinion or experience with these type drugs?

Regardless if it is just a nerve being over stimulated the fact you start to sweat with the irregular beats is a bit concerning to me.  It may be nothing but I do suggest getting checked out by a cardiologist to rule out any heart disease considering your age.  Then maybe check into carpal tunnel.
