Normal QTc Interval for Holter 24h

What is the normal QTC for holter 24h registration?
I had holter two times last months and the results are:

First time:
Max QT = 434 ms (65 bpm at 11:19 pm)
Max QTc = 459 ms

Second time:
Max QT = 428 ms (60 bpm 01:53 am)
Max QTc = 465 ms

I take bisoprolol 2.5 mg and magnesium.

1. Should I consider Prolonged QTc Interval?
2. How can I reduce QTc interval?
3. Can I take medicines which extend Qtc interval?

I am 28 years old male.

Normal is under 500ms.

There are median values that differ for men and women but as long as you're under 500 and dont experience fainting episodes you're fine.
