You didn't provide any data - how many PVCs in 24 hours, other symptoms, etc. Absent that, unless you're like Lisa33167 and are having 50,000 PVCs a day, I'd say no. The risks outweigh the benefits. There is a slight risk of death with ablations (1 in 2-5,000, depending on the source of the info), and the risk of death if your heart is structurally normal is closer to zero.
Hi. I had an ablation done for WPW syndrome, and now I have PVC's. My best advice would be if the PVC's are not symptomatic, do not have the ablation, it could make them worse, however, if the benefits outweigh the risks, then go for it. An ablation is relatively minor, and I had no issues with the surgery. Hope this helps..
