Is it possible to mess up ablation effect?

I just had my second ablation this year (1 week ago) - it was AVNRT, today I resumed some light exercises with great caution...my heart rate would go up and down depending on intensity. At some moments I had the feeling "Oh, HR gonna go up", but it never did...then at one point it actually did jump to the good old 200 something..
Now the question - is it possible to somehow mess up what ablation did (reopen the pathways) if starting out to quickly(relatively)?

It's very possible for an ablation to be unsuccessful.  I've seen plenty of reports here on the forum.  I'd give it some more time, and a followup visit to your cardiologist before you call this a failure.  It's way too early to tell at this time.
