Mother was in the ER

My mother went to the E.R. the other day with dizziness, headache, palpitations, tiredness, etc. Her blood pressure was high, and then dropped very low.

We also found a nodule on her lung.

Can someone help me figure out what all of these results mean, and are they in optimal ranges? She is 50, just quit smoking, has CODP and MVP(mild).

I am not a doctor so I can't really say if these results say anything but it mostly seems like she has some blood pressure issues and should get her nodule further checked out.  I would follow up with her regular doctor about the nodule.  It could be what is affecting her breathing.
