PVC's after eating

I have been getting PVCs for three months now.  I started to notice them in July and they put me in the ER.  I had an EKG that was normal and was told I need to see the Cardiologist.  I had an Echo, Stress test and 24 hour monitor and was told I have PVC's.  I was told the PVCs are not being triggered by my heart but something else.  My doc did not want to put me on medicine.  I am trying to locate the cause of these things.  I can tell you i get them all day, but they come on real strong with adrenaline rush after I eat and do not subside until I start to digest my food.  I am seeing a GI doc and he is doing an Endo.  I was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia and Gerd in 2001.  Could this have become worse and be causing all this havoc in my body
