PVC's and Bradycardia

I am a 22 year old male, 6'4 220lbs. I have had anxiety and panic attacks since a very young age. For the past 6 months, I have become obsessed with my heart and believing that I have a heart condition. Basically what I am feeling is an occasional heavy feeling in my chest, probably around 150-200 PVC's a day, and a slow heart rate of around 44-52 at rest. I also sometimes experience mild shortness of breath as well as dizziness. I also tested low for potassium (3.2) on two seperate occasions and have since started a supplement. I wore a 24 HR holter moniter a few months ago and my doctor said everything was all good and my heart just beats slow because I am young and healthy. My heart also seems to beat a little un-evenly at times. My HR responds regularly with excersise. I guess my question is, with not much heart family history and my age, would it be unlikley for me to have a heart condition? Also, could my constant worrying and obsessing over my heart be causing the PVC's? Any responses are greatly appreciated.

I'm 6'4 too and am nearing 55yo, my resting heart rate is usually 50+ and gets as low as 33bpm when asleep, I used to think that there was something wrong with my heart too, but 2 cardiologists have told me I'm fine as no chest pains etc to make them think other wise. I get PVC's all the time too. Worrying doesnt help it, it just seems to make it worse .. I eat lots of Dried Apricots as they are a good source of Potassium, approx 1162mg per 100grams .. As well as baked potatoes with my evening meals ..
I highly doubt that theres something wrong with your heart at your age. Just keep active and fit will keep your heart strong.

I appreciate the reply. I think you may be right about trying to focus on something else. Maybe I will take up yoga or nexitation

My resting heart rate is in the 40's when sleeping, 50's when awake.  I have had one run of PVCs from overdosing on levothyroxin.  200 pvc's a day is nothing to worry about.  And getting stressed about doesn't help.  Continue your healthy living habits and find something relaxing to do instead of focusing on imaginary heart issues.
