Muscle spasm or heart flutter ?

Sometimes I feel like I have a chest flutter or quick muscle spasm in the center / left portion of my chest . After it happens my heart rate jumps up and I check myself after it happens with a personal ecg device (emay) is the brand. Is this reliable for abnormal rhythm detection. It is very concerning when this happens. The ecg device says “no abnormal “ when I take the reading . I usually walk as exercise about 30 min a day and I check my blood pressure with a wrist monitor “OMRON “ is the brand . I am 43 years old . Does anyone know what this might be ? It is causing anxiety.
