Hi Paviga, thank you for your answer. I suffer with this thing since 15 years ago, probably a little more. Maybe I've always had them but haven't noticed when I was a child. But mine are really weird: they disappear for months, then come back strongly, to disappear again, and so on...
Apart from that, I have panic attacks once in a while, which increases the frequency of PVCs in the following days
Since my last PVC "crisis", I've been trying to cut on caffeine and sugar and increase exercise, and so far it's working: I don't feel any PVC since 2-3 days ago. But that's probably coincidence.. who knows!
I hope we can find a cure for our problem, take care and thank you again.
Hi friend :) I suffer from PVCs since 2005, now I'm 26. I have the same weird phenomenon as you feel; when I stand up, PVCs began, but in my case I also have ventricular bigeminy (your heart alternates one "normal" beat with one "premature" beat, and in my case it last between 15-20 seconds, which means 12 pvcs / minute...). I can't practice any vigorous physical exercise because I get more pvcs when I try to run for example. Cardiologists told me I have a normal heart.
In my opinion, long term PVCs have also a long personal story behind them. Let me say that I know some remission cases and, each one had a different thing/s to change before to find the cure (certain foods, emotional issues*, ...). One day, we will also find it ;)
ok itdood, thanks a lot. In the meantime, I haven't had a single PVC since yesterday, so I bet they will come back stronger soon :D
Many people report PVCs can be positional. You could put pressure on a certain area, sit, stand, lay on a certain side, exhale, inhale, drink cold water, and people will report getting PVCs from this. It's very common. It probably relates back to activity on he central nervous system, or influence of he CNS on ectopics.
